Formulating, developing, and instituting business strategies that drive company profit and long-term value
Partnering closely with operations to shape strategy, run pilots, and clearly communicate results and insights
Identifying, tracking, and forecasting the key drivers and transactions thatimpactorganizational performance
Collaborating with operational leaders, business intelligence teams, and senior management to execute strategic initiatives
Leveraging data to communicate research findings and recommend actionable next steps for strategic and operational improvement
Developing loss mitigation strategies that improve customer performance on vehicles oroptimizespeed to asset recovery and maximize wholesale market value
Leading, mentoring, and developing an analytics team to deliver high-quality insights at scale

The Specifics.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Analytics, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline
5+ years of experience in financial or operational analysis
Experience leading and developing a team of analysts
Experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and economic or financial analysis
Strong SQL, Snowflake, or related programming skills and advanced Excel skills
Nice to Have.
Prior experience in customer behavior analytics
Python, DBT, Sigma
Prior auto finance experience
