ResponsibilitiesHow You'll Make an Impact - Oversee employee relations, ensuring Spectrum policies are consistently administered
- Guide managers and supervisors with consultative support and resolve escalated employee issues
- Ensure compliance with all local, state and federal employment laws to minimize risk
- Direct recruiting and staffing processes, designing employee retention strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage organizational change and participate in enterprise-wide initiatives
- Oversee payroll processing, commission reporting and maintenance of HRIS database
- Hire, train and develop direct reports while managing departmental expenses and budget planning

QualificationsWhat You'll Bring to Spectrum Required Qualifications Education - Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or organizational behavior or related field or equivalent experience
Experience - 8+ years of Human Resources experience
5+ years of management experience
