Job Description and Requirements

You Are

You have spent a decade learning that the difference between chaos and clarity in a complex organization is usually one person who refuses to let things slip. You know how to protect executive time like it is a finite resource because it is, and you have developed an understanding for what deserves a spot on the calendar and what does not. You think in systems, not tasks. When you see five different teams trying to get early access to the same constrained technology, you do not just route the requests, you build the framework that makes the next hundred decisions easier.

You have run governance processes that governed, not the kind that existed on paper while everyone worked around them. Ambiguity does not slow you down, you prioritize and you close the loop. At Synopsys, you will own the operating engine that keeps our most critical executive engagements, review cycles, and runs beta programs clean.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Own the full lifecycle of Executive Review Meetings, Management Review Meetings, and Technical Review Meetings, from intake and triage through briefing prep, logistics, and making sure decisions stick
  • Manage and protect the calendars of multiple senior executives, deciding what get's through and what does not when everyone wants the same hour
  • Stand up and run a cross-functional GTM Advisory Council that brings together thought leaders across business units to hash out best practices, debate how things should work, and turn talk into actual standards people follow
  • Build and run the governance framework for controlled demand and beta programs across EDA Software, EDA Hardware, IP, and Simulation & Analysis, balancing customer asks against what we can deliver
  • Partner with Product, field teams, and business unit leaders to evaluate, prioritize, and allocate early-access opportunities to the customers who matter most
  • Drive content readiness checks and briefing quality gates so every review meeting starts on strategy, on time, and with the right people ready
  • Turn meeting outputs into crisp decision logs and action items that people use and follow through on

The Impact You Will Have
  • Executive time becomes a strategic asset, because you built the system that protects it and allocates it with discipline
  • Review meetings shift from status updates to decision forums because you made sure people showed up prepared
  • Cross-functional alignment improves because the GTM Advisory Council you run becomes the place where operating standards get decided and adopted
  • Senior leaders trust the process you run because nothing falls through the cracks, follow-through happens automatically, and the briefings they see are worth their time
  • Field teams and product organizations know how to engage with constrained resources because you created a governance model that is clear, fair, and gets followed
  • The operating engine you own, scales as AI-driven demand accelerates, because you designed it to handle complexity without breaking

What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of senior-level program management or operations experience, ideally in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Proven track record running executive-level governance, review processes, or PMO functions at scale where the stakes were high and the stakeholders were senior
  • Track record of influencing across functions and business units without formal authority, moving decisions forward through clarity and credibility
  • Exceptional prioritization and stakeholder management skills, you have thrived amid competing executive priorities and ambiguity
  • Strong written synthesis skills, you can turn a messy meeting into a crisp decision log that people use
  • Experience with semiconductor, EDA, IP, or simulation go-to-market dynamics is a strong plus
  • Familiarity with AI-driven product portfolios and the operational challenges of managing constrained early-access technology is a plus

Who You Are
  • You are detail-obsessed in a way that creates trust, if it is on your list, people know it will get done
  • You think in frameworks, not one-offs, when you solve a problem once, you build the system so it does not come back the same way
  • You can take a complex, multi-stakeholder discussion and turn it into a two-paragraph summary that captures the decision, the tradeoffs, and the next steps without losing the nuance
  • You operate with a level of follow-through that makes people stop checking on you because they know it is handled

The Team You'll Be Part Of

You will be part of the GTM organization, working at the intersection of field teams, product leadership, and executive stakeholders across EDA Software, EDA Hardware, IP, and Simulation & Analysis. You will be embedded in the operating rhythm of the business, partnering directly with sales leadership, product management, and senior executives who depend on the systems you run to make decisions and allocate constrained resources. The team operates globally, the pace is high, and the work you do directly shapes how Synopsys engages with customers and brings new technology to market.

Rewards and Benefits

We offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs. Our total rewards include both monetary and non-monetary offerings. Your recruiter will provide more details about the salary range and benefits during the hiring process.
