Your Job

  • Own, develop and grow an existing portfolio of strategic FIG clients, with direct accountability for relationship development, client experience, deposits and non-credit revenue.

  • Develop targeted strategies for institutional deposit gathering, including operating balances, HISA / interest-bearing solutions, fixed-term deposits and other approved liquidity solutions.
  • Lead senior client discussions, pitches and account planning in coordination with internal partners, converting strategic dialogue into measurable revenue and deposit outcomes.
  • Apply disciplined pricing and relationship economics, balancing deposit value, liquidity characteristics, client sensitivity, funding objectives and total relationship profitability.
  • Collaborate with Capital Markets Treasury, Risk Management Solutions, Product, Operations, Technology, Legal, Compliance and other Bank partners to deliver coordinated, client-centric solutions.
  • Monitor market, regulatory and competitive developments affecting FIG liquidity and transaction banking needs and translate insights into proactive client strategies.
  • Represent NBCCM at relevant industry and client events, strengthening the Bank's visibility and connectivity across the FIG ecosystem.
