Full Job Description
Your Team, Your Impact

Marvell is on an ambitious journey to embed AI across the enterprise - accelerating
productivity, driving innovation, and unlocking new business value. AI Strategy &
Adoption plays a critical role in that journey: it is the function that drives adoption,
evangelizes the vision, and turns enterprise AI investment into measurable business
outcomes. The Director of AI Strategy & Adoption owns enterprise AI adoption end-toend and is a key voice in shaping the overall AI strategy.
This leader defines and owns Marvell's AI tools strategy - tracking industry trends,
building vendor partnerships, and leading strategic enterprise-wide tool expansions
including evaluation, business case, and procurement coordination. They serve as the
interface to the applied AI teams, surfacing real-world needs and use cases, and align
closely with the platform organization where custom solutions are required. The role is
proactive and strategic: engaging teams early, identifying high-value use cases, and
scaling adoption across business units.
Beyond tools, this leader drives the human side of AI transformation - using data to
generate insights and awareness, educating executives, and working hand-in-hand with
HR and IT to lead the employee and process change management that adoption
depends on. This function partners closely with AI Governance, which owns the risk
frameworks, intake, and policy, running tool expansion and adoption within those
guardrails so Marvell employees can use AI confidently, effectively, and responsibly at
scale

What You Can Expect

What You'll Do
  • Define and own Marvell's enterprise AI tools strategy - informed by industry trends, emerging capabilities, and the needs of the business.
  • Lead strategic enterprise AI tool expansions end-to-end, including evaluation, business case, vendor partnerships, and procurement coordination with IT, Finance, and Legal.
  • Serve as the interface to the applied AI teams - surfacing use cases and requirements - and align with the platform organization where custom solutions are needed.
  • Evangelize the enterprise AI strategy across the organization, building momentum and a shared vision for how AI creates value at Marvell.
  • Use adoption and usage data to drive insights, awareness, and decisions on tool investment and training priorities.
  • Design and run the enterprise AI enablement program: training, change management, adoption tracking, and a Center of Excellence across business units.
  • Educate and advise executives on AI capabilities, trends, and the strategic choices in front of the company.
  • Work closely with HR and IT to lead employee and process change management that embeds AI into how Marvell works.
  • Partner with AI Governance to ensure every tool expansion and rollout moves through intake, approval, and policy guardrails.
  • Hire and grow the Enterprise AI Transformation team as the program scales.

What We're Looking For
  • 12+ years in enterprise technology with meaningful time in technology strategy, adoption, change management, or enablement.
  • Track record defining a technology or tools strategy, managing vendor partnerships, and staying ahead of fast-moving industry trends.
  • Experience leading enterprise-wide technology evaluations and rollouts including procurement coordination with IT, Finance, and Legal.
  • Proven ability to design and scale training, enablement, or Center of Excellence programs in complex enterprise environments.
  • Experience leading employee and process change management in close partnership with HR and IT.
  • Strong executive presence - able to educate and influence senior leaders and evangelize a strategy across an organization.
  • Data-driven - uses usage and adoption data to generate insights, build awareness, and guide investment decisions.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Glean, Cursor, or Claude, and an understanding of agentic AI platforms and custom solution development.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments and engaging teams proactively to accelerate adoption.
