Job Description

The Director, Delivery serves as the operational backbone for complex integrated media planning initiatives, driving enterprise-wide coordination across capability teams, global markets, and client stakeholders. This role leads governance, prioritization, workflow orchestration, and program management across large-scale media engagements to ensure seamless execution against business objectives, timelines, and evolving client needs.

The Director will oversee integrated planning operations across cross-functional teams including strategy, activation, analytics, ad operations, technology, data, and client leadership. This individual will establish scalable processes, operational rigor, and executive-level visibility to support high-volume, multi-market media planning environments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive complex cross-capability projects and integrated program management
  • Produce project scopes, project schedules, resource plans and risk and change management plans
  • Lead internal and client discussions to ensure alignment to project plans and identify any escalations/resolutions needed
  • Serves as a liaison between partners, sponsors and steering functions raises issues/risks to project implementation in a timely manner
  • Provide regular status updates to Account Leadership and clients as appropriate
  • Participate in management, leadership, and effective communication trainings
  • Implement workflows and quality control processes to ensure efficiency and high-performance standards
  • Directing the end-to-end delivery of projects; routes work between all responsible groups in all stages of development
  • Conveys project changes and updates to appropriate team members
  • Prepares regular status reports and distributes internally and externally, if necessary
  • Tracks key project achievements and adjust project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of clients
  • Gathers and provides feedback for process improvement, lessons learned, project enhancements, and strategic alignment with business objectives
  • Coordinate global integrated media operations across multiple markets, business units, and collaborator groups
  • Manage enterprise-wide planning timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and governance across regional and centralized teams
  • Establish operational frameworks to support consistent execution across global media planning workflows
  • Establish governance models and communication cadences to improve organizational transparency and accountability
  • Support adoption and implementation of enterprise planning technologies and integrated operating systems


Qualifications

  • 8+ years of project management, marketing, or related experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional project teams marketing services or digital media industries
  • Strong understanding of integrated media planning workflows, campaign lifecycle management, and cross-channel coordination
  • Project performance tracking to assess the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational skills and relationship management skills to foster a collaborative environment
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot, Teams) and project management software (e.g., Asana/Jira)
  • Knowledge of and hands on experience with a variety of project management methodologies (i.e. Agile, PMBOK, Six Sigma and SDLC)
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification desired
  • Experience supporting technology, SaaS, or enterprise clients strongly preferred

Compensation Range: $121,315 - $194,220 Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
