Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and training.

• Experience in customs digitalization initiatives, particularly with Amari AI, Product and IT coordination is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation by implementing AI/ML to streamline complex data extraction processes.
• Source and integrate third-party tech vendors to enhance operational productivity.
• Evaluate compliance and risk-monitoring software to augment internal capabilities.
• Conduct proof-of-concept testing for emerging AI, OCR, and classification engines.
• Design and manage modern customs workflows and digital entry-filing systems.
• Lead software upgrade cycles and manage feature requests to reduce clearance lead times.
• Champion AI/ML models for document automation and proactive risk detection.
