  • Provide senior-level oversight of all PEEM analyses and financial models and direct cross-functional coordination with Project Valuation to resolve inquiries, ensuring rigorous evaluation standards, accuracy, and timely, well-supported stakeholder responses.
  • Guide stakeholders through annual revisions of blanket investment request documents, ensuring consistent alignment with governance requirements, regulatory compliance, and approval readiness.
  • Lead management, tracking, and full lifecycle documentation of capital approvals-including submissions, approvals, supplements, and close outs-ensuring high integrity records suitable for audit, regulatory review, and executive reporting.
  • Provide governance oversight of business controls, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives by developing, updating, and enforcing written procedures across Electric, Gas, Customer Operations, and IT.
  • Deliver strategic governance guidance, develop and maintain process documentation, and produce high quality ad hoc analysis in support of URB and CRC charters, federal regulatory obligations, and senior executive needs.
