The Role at a GlanceElior North America has an exciting opportunity with their Dining and Events Division. The
Director of Strategic and Global Accounts will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with our most valuable and complex multinational clients. This position acts as a trusted advisor to C-suite executives, ensuring long-term client satisfaction and driving global revenue growth through cross-regional strategy and innovation.
What you'll be doing:What You'll Be Doing- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute multi-year global account strategies aligned with both company growth objectives and client business goals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, consultative relationships with executive-level contacts (CEO, CFO, CPO) across various global regions.
- Revenue Growth: Drive profitable growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, managing high-value contract renewals, and leading complex negotiations ranging from hundreds of thousands to tens of millions of dollars.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate internal teams-including sales, product, R&D, supply chain, and finance-to deliver tailored, seamless solutions to global customers.
- Market Insight: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and global market dynamics to stay ahead of client needs and propose proactive solutions.
- Performance Tracking: Oversee key performance indicators (KPIs), forecast global revenue, and provide regular progress reports to senior leadership

- 7-10+ years of experience in senior account management, global sales strategy, or business development, specifically within Hospitality / Food Service
- Skills:
- Expertise in complex negotiation and value-based selling.
- Ability to manage multi-regional teams and navigate diverse cultural market nuances.
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable commercial strategies.
