Position Title: Digital Research and Development Portfolio and Project Analytics Operations Lead

About the Job

The R&D Portfolio and Project Analytics team is one of the verticals within Digital R&D, focused on developing and delivering digital products to allow the R&D organization to manage its business efficiently and reach its strategic goals. Our team plays a critical role equipping R&D decision-makers with the right data insight, at the right time, for the right decision.

As the Digital R&D Portfolio and Project Analytics Operations Lead, you support the vertical's successful digital product portfolio's delivery by ensuring that we build a robust strategy and roadmap across the vertical's products, that we create and quantify value with our portfolio of products, and that we measure and continuously optimize our performance. This is a facilitator role that requires a high level of coordination within the vertical, with the delivery engines, with other verticals as well as with digital R&D operations.

*Hybrid Schedule - 3 days per week onsite - required. *

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support the vertical's strategy, portfolio and products roadmap in collaboration with Head of the vertical and Product Line Owners and Product Owners
  • Financial management, collaborating with Finance and Procurement on all topics related to budget elaboration, strategic planning and business case reviews.
  • Resources optimization, collaborating with Product Line Owners, People & Culture and procurement, to ensuring optimized staffing allocation to achieve product impact and support their roadmap
  • Performance monitoring, collaborating with Product Line Owners on all topics related to actuals KPI monitoring and post-implementation ROI reviews of our digital products, and be accountable for the quality of analytical deliveries and KPIs consolidation to global Digital scorecards, and communication to LT
  • Constantly refining the vertical's operating model through iterative adjustments and constant monitoring of impact
  • Support Vertical Head in:
  • Facilitating the Vertical's Guiding Coalition meeting, ensuring the content presented allows for strategic decision-making on the Product Portfolio's short-, mid- and long-term goals and vision
  • Building and steering Vertical's budget and staffing, driving Strategic Planning
  • Setting Vertical users up for success through communication on updates & features, sharing of success stories, monitoring of adoption
  • Owning Vertical's communication (to Sanofi ecosystem, Sanofi Leadership and Corporate GBUs and Markets)
  • Embodying Play to Win culture and behaviors (Stretch, Take Action, Act for patients and customers, Think Sanofi first)


About You

Education and Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in Strategy or Operations, preferably in digital R&D teams
  • BS - Finance, Operations, Business Administration or related field - required. Master's degree - preferred.


Skills:
  • Detailed planning, budgeting, and reporting capabilities and demonstrated ability to link those to strategy and vision
  • Strong networking, influencing and negotiating skills and superior problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical, business, and finance teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work with multiple teams to drive alignment and results
  • Continuous improvement mindset - Results oriented, and self-motivated
  • Positive team player who is service-oriented and flexible
  • Knowledge on agile development and product lifecycle is a plus
  • English fluent. French, Spanish, or other languages is a plus.
  • Pharma and/or Digital healthcare expertise is a plus ; experience in or good understanding of Pharma R&D reporting analytics, at portfolio, project or functional level (Clinical Operations, CMC, Labs, etc.) a plus

The salary range for this position is:
$144,100.00 - $208,166.66
Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefits programs, and additional benefits information can be found through the (CA)LINKOR (US) LINK.
