JOB DESCRIPTION

Your work will shape how Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Marketing operates in an AI-enabled future. We're looking for a DAM Administrator to manage and grow our digital asset platform—a critical piece of infrastructure that connects our content to the AI tools transforming how we work.

As a Digital Asset Management (DAM) Administrator on the Commercial & Investment Bank (CIB) Marketing team,  you will manage day-to-day operations of CIB Marketing's digital asset platform, supporting the marketers, writers, and creatives who produce world-class campaigns and thought leadership. Your focus: keeping assets organized, accessible, and ready for the AI-powered tools we're adopting. Every day brings different challenges—from onboarding new content to troubleshooting integrations to retiring outdated assets."

Job responsibilities

  • Serve as the administrator of the CIB Marketing DAM containing digital images, video, and audio files for all lines of business within Commercial & Investment Bank
  • Manage the asset life cycle to ensure assets are properly tagged and stored for retrieval or publishing. Recommend and implement process or DAM structural changes to improve overall effectiveness of the DAM in marketing operations.
  • Manage the user base, including approving new users and assigning roles within the DAM
  • Assist and coach users in the use of the DAM and resolve user issues. Escalate technical issues to either the internal technical team or to vendors.
  • Participate as a key member of the team that will migrate the DAM to a cloud-based application and integrate new AI-powered applications with it
  • Gather and provide operational metrics for scheduled marketing operations performance reporting
  • Complete any vendor-provided training to improve working knowledge of the application and obtain certifications as part of professional development

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, graphic arts, library science, or information systems
  • 2+ years of experience using a digital asset management application like Adobe AEM Assets, Widen, or Bynder
  • Familiarity with assigning and maintaining metadata and tags, and a DAM folder structure
  • An understanding of the marketing content development life cycle and the role of the DAM
  • Ready to learn new ways of work that are enabled by GenAI
  • An eye for detail with an appreciation for avoiding “garbage in, garbage out”
  • A team player who can work across organizational lines when needed
