Full-Time Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN) to join our outpatient dialysis team in
Jersey City, New Jersey.

Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to patients receiving hemodialysis treatments.
- Assess patients before, during, and after dialysis and monitor their response to treatment.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols.
- Provide patient education regarding dialysis treatment, medications, access care, diet, and overall health management.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to develop and implement individualized plans of care.
- Accurately complete nursing assessments and treatment documentation.
- Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition and dialysis-related emergencies.
- Participate in quality improvement, infection prevention, and patient safety initiatives.
- Support a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinical environment.
Requirements- Active New Jersey RN License
- Current BLS/CPR Certification
- Dialysis nursing experience strongly preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Dependable, professional, and committed to excellent patient care
