Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Developer - Sales Tech to design, develop, and maintain innovative sales and trading tools and dashboards within a fast-paced Capital Markets environment. The ideal candidate will have strong full-stack development expertise, API development experience, and a solid understanding of investment banking and trading workflows.
This role involves building scalable, high-performance applications and analytics solutions that support trading operations, workflow automation, and business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain sales and trading tools, dashboards, and analytics applications.
- Build and enhance full-stack application features to support trading workflows and business analytics.
- Collaborate with traders, sales teams, and technology stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements.
- Design, develop, and optimize APIs for enterprise integrations and platform interoperability.
- Ensure application scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Follow software engineering best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application and integration issues in dynamic trading environments.
- Participate in system enhancements, feature development, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and platform improvements.
- Support Agile development and cross-functional collaboration across teams.
Required Qualifications- Minimum 8+ years of experience in software development using Java and Python.
- Experience with front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Strong API development and integration experience.
- Experience working within Investment Banking or Capital Markets environments.
- Understanding of sales and trading workflows and financial systems.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience developing enterprise trading platforms, analytics dashboards, or financial workflow tools.
- Familiarity with modern full-stack application architectures and cloud-native development practices.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
