What You Will Do:
- Build and maintain PowerShell automation scripts supporting identity governance and privileged access management platforms.
- Develop scripts for identity lifecycle automation, identity attribute synchronization across Active Directory domains, SCIM/API integrations, and identity data manipulation to support secure and efficient operations.
- Automate governance reporting, connector health checks, audit exports, and activity log processing.
- Provide workflow troubleshooting support and assist with integration validation across identity and access systems.
- Document scripts, processes, and technical decisions to support operational continuity and O&M handoff activities.
- Collaborate with security, application, infrastructure, and business teams to translate requirements into effective automation solutions.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of Five (5)+ years of overall work experience.
- Experience scripting and automation experience, with strong hands-on PowerShell development skills.
- Two (2)+ years of Identity or PAM automation experience preferred.
- Experience building automation for lifecycle processes, SCIM/API integrations, reporting, and data manipulation.
- Ability to troubleshoot workflow issues and validate integrations across identity and access platforms.
- Strong technical documentation skills and experience supporting O&M handoff processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD securityclearance
- US Citizenship is contractually required.
- Ability to work on site in Washington, DC, 5 days per week.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience supporting both identity governance and privileged access management tools.
- Prior experience with enterprise identity platforms, directories, or cloud security integrations.
- Familiarity with audit reporting, compliance support, and operational monitoring workflows.
- Experience working in a regulated or federal environment.
- Knowledge of scripting best practices, version control, and automation framework design.
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
