What You Will Do:
- Execute CyberArk engineering activities in support of privileged access management (PAM) within Controlled Data Environments.
- Configure and support CyberArk Vault, Central Policy Manager (CPM), Privileged Session Manager (PSM), plugins, and password rotation policies.
- Onboard privileged accounts and service accounts, enforce credential lifecycle controls, and manage session recording and monitoring.
- Troubleshoot platform issues, connector errors, session anomalies, and related PAM integration problems.
- Maintain audit logs, compliance documentation, and access controls in alignment with security and regulatory requirements.
- Support integration with identity, authentication, and enterprise security platforms to enable secure privileged access workflows.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, and application teams to implement and sustain PAM solutions.
- Provide technical support, operational readiness, and continuous improvement for CyberArk platform performance and controls.
What You Will Need:
- Minimum of THREE (3)+ years of overall experience.
- CyberArk engineering experience in privileged access management or a related cybersecurity role.
- Experience configuring CyberArk Vault, CPM, PSM, plugins, and rotation policies.
- Experience onboarding privileged accounts and managing credential lifecycle processes.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting CyberArk platform issues, connector errors, and session anomalies.
- Experience maintaining audit logs, compliance documentation, and access controls in controlled or regulated environments.
- Understanding of privileged access security principles, session recording, and secure authentication workflows.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across technical teams.
- Must be able to work on-site in Washington, DC, 5 days/week.
- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD securityclearance
- US Citizenship is contractually required.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- CyberArk Certified Delivery Engineer (CDE) certification or other CyberArk/PAM certifications.
- Prior experience working in Controlled Data Environments or similarly regulated environments.
- Experience supporting identity integrations and enterprise security tooling.
- Knowledge of audit, compliance, and security control documentation practices.
- Experience in a consulting or client-facing delivery environment.
The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
