Overview

Join a high-impact leadership role within a major nuclear engineering joint venture. As Deputy to the VP Engineering (C34), you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the engineering function, ensuring seamless integration across engineering, procurement, and construction. Working closely with senior leadership, you will help shape and deliver complex infrastructure projects in a highly regulated environment while leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams.

Your Role

  • Lead and promote a strong culture of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across the engineering organization
  • Drive the execution of strategic and operational engineering objectives for the joint venture
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders and project partners to ensure effective engineering delivery
  • Govern and implement engineering processes, standards, KPIs, and continuous improvement practices
  • Align multidisciplinary teams across joint venture partners to ensure consistency and performance
