We're looking for a hands-on
Demand Generation Manager to build and scale the systems that bring new healthcare organizations into our funnel. You'll lead campaign strategy, storytelling, and experimentation, turning insights into campaigns that drive awareness, qualified traffic, and signups. You'll collaborate closely with our Marketing Manager, Paid Marketing Specialist (for execution) and VP of Sales (for strategy).
What You'll Do- Develop and run integrated demand-gen campaigns that combine content, paid, email, and organic (SEO) initiatives
- Define audience segments, messaging, and creative direction for campaigns
- Launch and optimize paid media across channels
- Build content funnels: blogs, landing pages, webinars, and nurture sequences that convert
- Analyze performance across channels to identify what drives growth and double down on what works
- Continuously test new channels, creative concepts, and conversion paths
You'll succeed if you ...- Have 4-6 years of B2B SaaS demand-gen or growth marketing experience (healthtech a plus)
- Are obsessed with automation and AI-native demand generation, you leverage tools to move faster and smarter
- Can translate product benefits into clear, motivating campaign ideas that resonate with clinicians
- Are data-driven but creative, comfortable working from metrics and gut alike
- Understand how paid, organic, and content work together to create demand
- Thrive in a startup environment where you can build systems from scratch
- Bonus Point: MBA or formal marketing education
- Bonus Point: Experience at a scale-up or high-growth startup
- Bonus Point: Background in healthtech or healthcare SaaS
$80,000 - $100,000 a year
