Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to oversee end-to-end delivery management, supplier coordination, resource planning, staffing continuity, risk management, and commercial governance. The ideal candidate will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, delivery teams, vendors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution while maintaining quality, timelines, and budget objectives.

The Delivery Lead will drive operational excellence, monitor project health, manage risks, and ensure seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the successful delivery of projects and programs from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services and project milestones.
  • Manage staffing plans and resource allocation to maintain delivery continuity and project stability.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks.
  • Track project health, delivery metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
