About the job you're consideringWe are seeking a Delivery Architect Manager - Master Data Management (MDM) with deep expertise in Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC) to lead enterprise-scale MDM programs. This role is responsible for solution architecture, program delivery, stakeholder management, and offshore team leadership, working closely with business and client leadership to define and execute a strategic MDM roadmap.
The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to the client, ensuring successful delivery, strong business adoption, and long-term value realization from MDM investments.
Your RoleMDM Architecture & IDMC Leadership- Lead the end-to-end architecture and delivery of Master Data Management solutions using Informatica IDMC (MDM, Data Quality, Reference 360, Cloud Application Integration).
- Define target-state MDM architecture, including:
- Domain modeling (Customer, Product, Supplier, Finance)
- Matching & survivorship rules
- Hierarchies, reference data, and governance workflows
- Ensure best practices for data quality, stewardship, data governance, and lifecycle management.
- Provide architectural oversight for integrations between IDMC and ERP, CRM, analytics, and downstream systems.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, product owners, and client executives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable MDM capabilities.
- Lead workshops, design reviews, and governance forums with IT and business teams.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Own delivery planning, execution, governance, and reporting for large MDM programs.
- Ensure adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
- Proactively identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Drive measurable outcomes such as data quality improvement, operational efficiency, and business adoption.
- Lead and mentor offshore and distributed delivery teams.
- Establish clear delivery models, communication cadence, and accountability.
- Review solution designs, development work, and testing artifacts to ensure architectural integrity.
- Foster a high-performance delivery culture focused on quality and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to MDM strategy, roadmap planning, and maturity assessments.
- Identify opportunities to extend MDM into analytics, AI/ML, ERP modernization, and cloud transformation.
- Support pre-sales activities, solution design, and client thought leadership where needed.
- Build long-term, trusted client relationships.
Required QualificationsRequired Qualifications- 15+ years of experience in Data Management / MDM programs.
- 5+ years in a Delivery Architect, Technical Lead, or Program Manager role.
- Proven experience delivering MDM solutions using Informatica IDMC.
- Strong experience working directly with business stakeholders and client leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to lead offshore and global delivery teams.
Technical Skills- Hands-on or strong architectural experience with:
- Informatica IDMC - MDM, Data Quality, Reference 360
- Integration patterns (APIs, ETL/ELT, event-based)
- Data governance and stewardship frameworks
- Experience integrating MDM with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Snowflake, or other enterprise platforms.
- Understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Soft Skills- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in complex, matrixed client environments.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in consulting or system integrator environments
- Experience with regulated industries (Life Sciences, Healthcare, Finance preferred)
- Informatica certifications, TOGAF, PMP, or SAFe certifications
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $93,000 to $224,000.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
