Full Job Description
The Distribution Center Operations Manager is responsible for the safety, quality, delivery, cost, and overall performance of warehouse and distribution operations. Reporting to the Site Leader, this role leads inbound, outbound, and inventory control functions while driving operational excellence, compliance, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What will you do?
• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors and associates, fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
• Manage daily warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, inventory control, and material flow activities.
• Ensure achievement of operational KPIs, service level agreements (SLAs), productivity, quality, and customer service objectives.
• Champion safety programs and maintain compliance with CTPAT, trade compliance, dangerous goods regulations, and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean principles, Schneider Performance System (SPS), and data-driven decision-making.
• Optimize warehouse layout, capacity, resource allocation, and equipment utilization to improve efficiency.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions related to quality, delivery, and operational performance.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and other functions to support operational and business objectives.
• Manage budgets, capital improvement projects, and warehouse infrastructure enhancements.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and ensure adequate staffing and resources to support business requirements.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 117,600 - USD 176,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
