Job DescriptionWe currently have a career opportunity for an Alliance Partner to join our team Databricks team, located in the United States.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong executive and field-level relationships across Databricks sales, leadership, and partner teams.
- Serve as the voice of Databricks within Perficient and vice versa, ensuring alignment of goals, messaging, and priorities.
Co-Sell & GTM Execution:
- Drive co-sell pipeline growth by aligning Perficient's offerings with Databricks solution areas.
- Lead joint account planning, opportunity identification, and execution of co-sell motions with Databricks sellers.
- Manage and optimize Perficient's presence in Databricks Partner Center, Co-Sell Ready status, and Solution Partner designations.
AI-First Innovation Leadership:
- Champion Perficient's AI-first strategy by aligning Databricks AI technologies with client needs.
- Collaborate with Perficient's AI and industry teams to develop and promote joint AI solutions and accelerators.
Marketing & Enablement:
- Partner with marketing to develop joint campaigns, events, and thought leadership that highlight Perficient's Databricks capabilities.
- Enable internal teams with the latest Databricks updates, incentives, and training opportunities.
Performance & Reporting:
- Track and report on alliance KPIs including pipeline growth, co-sell wins, partner scorecard metrics, and marketing ROI.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on alliance health, risks, and opportunities.
Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partner management, or enterprise sales-preferably within the Databricks ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of Databricks organizational structure, sales motions, partner programs, and funding mechanisms.
- Proven track record of driving co-sell success and joint GTM initiatives with Databricks.
- Strong knowledge of Databricks technologies.
- Proficient in leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation, support strategic initiatives, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Possesses a strong understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and ethical considerations.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and executive presence.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a matrixed environment and influence without authority.
- Outstanding organizational and project management skills.
- Driven, pro-active self-starter.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. It is not typical for a candidate to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the unique facts and circumstances regarding each candidate. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $160,000 to $209,880. Please note that the salary range posted reflects the base salary only and does not include benefits or any potential equity or variable bonus programs.
