Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of enterprise data platforms supporting analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI initiatives. You will partner with engineering, architecture, and business teams to build scalable, self-service data products and drive adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap to launch and continuous improvement.
- Define product vision and prioritize features based on customer needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with data engineering and architecture teams to deliver scalable data platform capabilities.
- Drive product adoption through go-to-market planning, user enablement, and stakeholder engagement.
- Track product performance using KPIs, OKRs, and customer feedback to optimize value.
- Mentor junior product managers and promote a product-driven culture.
RequirementsRequired Skills & Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years of product management or related experience.
- Proven experience managing the full product lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of data platforms, cloud technologies, and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with product roadmaps, backlog management, and product metrics.
Preferred Skills- Master's degree preferred.
- Experience leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives.
- Knowledge of AWS, Databricks, Snowflake, Confluent, and Apache Flink.
- Understanding of data architecture, data integration, governance, metadata, and security.
- Experience supporting analytics, AI/ML, and Generative AI platforms.
- Financial services or large enterprise experience is a plus.
