Role

Contributes to the overall success of Global Finance Technology and the Finance & Risk Data Platform (FRDP) by executing data engineering tasks that support data ingestion, transformation, quality, and publishing services. Ensures all activities are conducted in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures, with a focus on reliability and data integrity.

In this role you will:

1. Data Pipeline Development & Execution
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines using established FRDP frameworks (e.g., NiFi, SQL, Python)
  • Implement ingestion, transformation, and publishing logic based on defined solution designs
  • Support onboarding of new data feeds into FRDP data platform

2. Data Quality & Validation
  • Execute data quality checks, reconciliation controls, and validation rules
  • Investigate data discrepancies and support defect resolution
  • Ensure adherence to established data governance, lineage, and audit requirements
  • Publish Data Quality Report using Power BI

3. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
  • Collaborate with senior engineers and team members to deliver assigned tasks
  • Follow coding standards, CI/CD practices, and documentation requirements
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve pipeline reliability and efficiency
