Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto and/or Client office at a minimum 2 days per week subject to change at any time.

We are seeking a highly analytical and collaborative Data & Business Insights Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will transform complex data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making and operational excellence. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, develop impactful dashboards and reports, and provide data-driven recommendations that help drive organizational success.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Independently design, develop, and deliver dashboards and reporting solutions, including Power BI dashboards.
Analyze and interpret data from multiple sources, including platforms such as LiveLink, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems.
Quickly understand data structures, business processes, and stakeholder requirements to deliver actionable insights.
Translate complex data sets into clear, concise, and executive-level summaries and presentations.
Support business workshops and planning sessions through data-driven analysis, including:
Capacity planning
Service level agreement (SLA) analysis
Resource planning and forecasting
Operational performance reporting
Partner with business stakeholders to identify reporting needs and recommend data-driven solutions.
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports and dashboards.
Continuously identify opportunities to improve reporting processes, analytics capabilities, and business outcomes.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Required Qualifications
Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
Experience working with and analyzing data from multiple systems and sources.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into meaningful reporting and analytics solutions.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience creating executive-level reporting and data-driven recommendations.
Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting best practices.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with platforms such as ServiceNow, LiveLink, or similar enterprise systems.
Knowledge of capacity planning, workforce management, operational metrics, or SLA reporting.
Familiarity with SQL, data modeling, and business intelligence methodologies.
Experience facilitating or supporting stakeholder workshops and requirements-gathering sessions.
