Position Description: We are seeking an Application Support Engineer to partner with product owners in triaging, investigating, and resolving incoming production issues for customer facing applications. This role is focused on troubleshooting application performance and user impacting issues using Datadog. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively with both technical and business stakeholders, and thrives in a fast paced support environment. This is a fully remote position, with preference given to candidates local to the Atlanta area.
Your future duties and responsibilities: . Partner with product owners to triage and troubleshoot production issues.
. Investigate application performance, errors, and system health using Datadog.
. Analyze logs, metrics, and monitoring data to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
. Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
. Communicate issue status, findings, and recommendations to technical and business stakeholders.
. Maintain organized tracking of incoming issues and support continuous process improvement.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role: . Experience using Datadog for application monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.
. Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills in a production environment.
. Excellent communication and collaboration skills with technical teams and product owners.
. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and support requests.
. QA testing experience is preferred.
. Familiarity with Amplitude or similar analytics tools is preferred.
This role can be located remotely anywhere within the US.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $70,800.00 $156,700.00.
