- Strong SQL skills in relational and non-relational database environments.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and current state processes to produce IT requirements.
- Working knowledge of data modelling, schema structure, data mapping, and data transformation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a cross-functional environment.
- Experience in Iterative Delivery and/or Agile, working with multiple partners, internal and external technology vendors as applicable, potentially in different time zones.
- Strong communication, organization, management, and people skills; ability to communicate and present clearly to senior management, executives, and project teams.
- Experience managing several technical projects simultaneously and the ability to thrive in ambiguity, both situational and procedural.
- High-level understanding of system architecture, technical dependencies, and integration points across services.
- Working understanding of technical solution architecture from a product delivery perspective.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 83,335 to 90,909
