Working alongside partners in Canada and the US, you'll be at the heart of our continuing marketing evolution, driving innovation and exponential growth.

Measuring and optimizing overall marketing impact and effectiveness
  • Build and implement measurement strategy and capabilities - partner with marketing leadership to define KPIs and diagnostic metrics
  • Design, build and maintain clear, broadly available dashboards to measure marketing strategy and campaign effectiveness; ensure connectivity with market management and Canada business unit metrics
  • Support full-funnel analysis - partnering with sales organization to analyze and optimize the entire sales process
  • Incorporate AI capabilities to proactively identify new marketplace opportunities and opportunities to optimize existing strategies and campaigns.
Measuring and optimizing key marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Capture and analyze campaign performance data - recommend and measure A/B tests and other experiments
  • Measure and analyze performance of region-specific marketing strategies and activities
  • Lead gathering and distribution optimization
  • Leads performance analysis
  • Events/branch tools optimization and performance
Support client experience development and measurement
  • Partner with Canada client experience leader to establish performance targets and hypotheses around impact of experience improvements
  • Participate in the definition and analysis of client research initiatives
Understanding data and developing insights
  • Establish and manage access to enterprise data sources (e.g. client data, etc.)
  • Enable data-driven marketing strategies by answering high-level questions - sizing potential opportunities, establishing marketing ROI measures, building attribution measures, evaluating long-term impacts of marketing initiatives. Leverage AI to integrate data sources, maximize our capability for creating and acting on "what if" scenarios.
  • Translate strategy-led segmentation schema into targetable audiences
  • Technical expertise - know the systems and data sources to enable us to build data-driven, client-focused strategies and effectively measure tactical outcomes
  • Build and optimize campaign measurement tools with a focus on streamlining measurement of field-driven activities
  • Ensure data integrity - getting data from the right places, curating the data that marketing gathers on its own
  • Align marketing data with sales key performance indicators
  • Maintain key partnerships with Edward Jones Canada and US data and insights partners as well as 3rd party partners.


Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required in relevant discipline or relevant work experience
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience in Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, Statistics
  • Experience with the following key systems:
    • Salesforce
    • Tableau
    • SQL
    • AI - Copilot, Writer, Claude, ChatGPT
    • PowerBI
    • Google analytics/tag manager (awareness)
    • MCI/Azure
    • Big Query
