Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior CyberArk Engineer with a minimum of 8 years of experience and strong expertise in CyberArk Privileged Access Management (PAM), particularly CyberArk Privileged Cloud (Idira). The role will be responsible for designing, building, deploying, and supporting the PAM platform, including infrastructure, servers, services, and privileged accounts across the enterprise IT ecosystem. The engineer will serve as a PAM subject matter expert, collaborate with stakeholders on complex security initiatives, assess information security risks, support remediation activities, maintain vendor relationships, and ensure effective implementation and use of CyberArk for privileged access management, monitoring, and security.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, build, deploy, and support CyberArk Cloud-based Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Manage infrastructure, servers, services, and privileged accounts that are part of the enterprise IT ecosystem.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and effective use of CyberArk for privileged access management, monitoring, and securing sensitive accounts.
• Serve as a PAM subject matter expert and primary security point of contact during project planning and implementation.
• Assess information security risks and recommend appropriate risk treatment, acceptance, and remediation strategies.
• Coordinate risk acceptance and remediation activities and ensure appropriate remediation is completed.
• Provide security guidance for complex enterprise projects, software enhancements, and hardware enhancements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support security architecture, implementation, and project delivery.
• Maintain vendor relationships and oversee the lifecycle management of assigned security tools and services.
• Collect and provide security documentation for internal and external audits and assessments.
• Design, build, and maintain information security systems.
• Support secure cloud solutions and identity and access management technologies.
• Lead moderate to highly complex technology projects and security initiatives.
• Develop and support automation tasks using tools such as PowerShell and Python.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in information security, identity and access management, or related roles.
• Strong CyberArk Privileged Access Management expertise, including CyberArk Privileged Cloud.
• Strong understanding of identity and access management concepts, principles, and technologies.
• Experience designing, building, deploying, and maintaining information security systems.
• Strong knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of secure cloud solutions across AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure.
• Strong understanding of information security and privacy standards, concepts, technologies, and audit practices.
• Ability to assess and report on information technology risks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent documentation and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at varying organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Security, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
• AWS IAM experience.
• Experience with AWS EC2 and Lambda.
• Experience with SharePoint.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong automation experience using PowerShell and Python.

Certifications:
• Information security certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CCSK, AWS, Azure, Security+, CEH, or GSEC are preferred.
