- Support with our vulnerability management program, provide reporting and assist IT owners with security weaknesses
- Own the penetration test schedule for Odevo US, co-ordinating with third parties who provide our pen tests
- Work with software developers to help ensure secure coding practices are in place
- Assist in security incidents, determine root cause, and recommend corrective actions
- Participate in the design and implementation of security solutions
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices
- Manage BAU (Business As Usual) activities, including responding to Security tickets and security queries
- Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the security of systems and applications
Who You Are:You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Your detail-oriented nature and proactive approach to problem-solving and solution design make you adept at working with complex security challenges, translating them into clear and actionable security insights.
Experience:- 2+ years of proven experience in a Cyber Security role.
- Strong understanding of security principles, concepts, and technologies, particularly in vulnerability management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Desired experience (but not required):
- Degree in Information Security or a related field
- Experience with Cloud Security in Microsoft Azure and Google Workspace environments
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, and Kusto Query Language (KQL).
- Cyber security-related certifications (e.g., GIAC)
