Position OverviewPantheon Data is seeking a
Cyber Resilience Program Management Consultant who will lead cyber resilience planning across acquisition programs.
Responsibilities- Develop cyber resilience strategies and baselines.
- Conduct cyber tabletop exercises and assessments.
- Coordinate vulnerability and adversarial testing.
- Support RMF and ATO processes.
- Advise leadership on cyber risks and mitigation.
Required Skills and Experience- Bachelor's in Cybersecurity/IT/Engineering.
- 7+ years cybersecurity/program experience.
- Knowledge of NIST, RMF, and acquisition lifecycle.
- PMP preferred
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Clearance RequirementsU.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI clearance.
Work Location: Hybrid - Washington, D.C.

CompensationThe salary range for this position is $100,000 - $160,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
