Position OverviewPantheon Data is seeking a
Program Management Analyst - Tactical Communications who will manage tactical communications programs and asset tracking.
Responsibilities- Manage radio/COMSEC equipment lifecycle.
- Track inventory and maintain databases.
- Support budgeting and acquisition planning.
- Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
- Provide communications infrastructure analysis.
Required Skills and Experience- Bachelor's in IT/Engineering-related field.
- 7+ years program management experience.
- Knowledge of COMSEC and tactical radio systems.
- Strong budgeting and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Clearance RequirementsU.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI clearance.
Work Location: Hybrid - Washington, D.C.

CompensationThe salary range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
