Qualifications

• Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience preferred.
• Familiarity with diagnostic imaging equipment (MR, CT, PET-CT, X-ray) is preferred.
• Previous field service experience managing a geographic territory required.
• Strong troubleshooting ability with hardware, mechanical, and software systems is essential.
• Proficiency in IT skills, especially Windows and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional on-site service support to exceed customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Customer Care Center for troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.
• Adopt new technologies while leveraging customer service strengths.
• Contribute significantly to the launch of innovative medical imaging systems in the US market.
• Enhance technical skills to assist customers effectively.
• Quickly escalate issues to ensure swift resolution and high customer satisfaction.
• Install diagnostic imaging equipment within a designated geographical area.
• Participate in service training courses and work toward UIH Professional Certificate.
