What you'll do Creator Success & Content Strategy - Empower Creators: Share passion and expertise in audience growth and social strategy, using Adobe tools and Firefly as the creative engine.
- Lower Barriers: Provide clear, actionable pathways for emerging creators to achieve social media and content strategy success.
- Inspire & Mentor: Help creators overcome blocks, build community, and succeed using Adobe software and Firefly.
- Inspiring Leader: Act as an industry leader and mentor through successful content and active participation in creator conversations.
- Practical Educator: Create content teaching creators how to work faster and smarter with modern tools to achieve their goals.
- Adobe Ambassador: Represent the brand within the broader creator community and support tailored creator events.
- Event Travel: Willing to travel (20-40%) for in-person meetups, creator events, and industry networking.
Community Engagement & Growth - Active Daily Engagement: Connect authentically with creators at all stages across major platforms (Reddit, X, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, YouTube).
- Be an active, visible champion for creators. Build long-term relationships and trust, demonstrating a detailed grasp of their difficulties to advocate for them internally at Adobe.
- Build relationships with leading voices and rising stars in the creator community.
Strategic Advocacy & Feedback - Product-Community Liaison: Partner with community, evangelism, and product teams to turn creator feedback into actionable product direction.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor and share ongoing insights regarding the creator economy, social platforms, and competitive tools.
- Sentiment & Trend Analyst: Track, analyze, and report on community sentiment and content trends to ensure creator success.
What you'll need to succeed - Expert Content Creator & Storyteller: Combines a strong background in social publishing and a robust portfolio with sharp craft skills in video/static production and a passion for storytelling.
- Trend & Audience Savvy: Blends deep insight into internet culture, creator trends, and emerging formats with sharp editorial instincts on what resonates with modern audiences and competitive landscapes.
- Community Builder & Engager: Proven success growing, interacting with, and building active, large-scale creator communities online.
- Creative Tech Expert & Presenter: Expert in core Adobe tools (Express, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Firefly, and generative/agentic AI, paired with exceptional skills delivering high-energy demos on stage and camera.
- Organized, Collaborative Self-Starter: Highly organized multitasker with excellent time management, a strong work ethic, and a proven ability to work seamlessly across teams to manage multiple goals.
- Passionate Storyteller: Strong craft skills in both video and static content production.
- BA/BS degree preferred OR 8+ years of experience OR equivalent practical experience.
Expected Pay Range:Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $112,000 -- $215,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
