Responsibilities
We are seeking a Creative Operations Lead, Advertiser Enablement to join the Global Monetization Product & Technology (GMPT) team. This is a lead role designed for a dynamic, high-EQ leader with deep expertise in product marketing, creator-led solutions, and client enablement. In this role, you will lead advertiser enablement efforts across all verticals, guiding how the world's top brands leverage TikTok's third-party and in-house creative solutions to achieve business growth. You will partner closely with TikTok sales, product, and creator teams to design scalable advertiser strategies, strengthen industry relationships, and build repeatable best practices. As a Lead, you will also mentor a team of client operations managers/analysts, set strategic direction, and serve as the voice of advertiser needs in global product and go-to-market planning. Responsibilities: - Define and drive the advertiser enablement vision across multiple verticals (Retail, CPG, Auto, Tech, FinServ, Travel, Entertainment, etc.). - Partner with Sales and Product leadership to influence global go-to-market strategies for creator and third-party solutions. - Translate advertiser needs into scalable playbooks, resources, and strategic recommendations. - Lead high-impact workshops and activations that educate advertisers on TikTok's creative solutions and creator ecosystem. - Oversee development of vertical-specific best practices, insights reports, and product training materials for internal and external use. - Champion the adoption of emerging creator-led and 3P product solutions across verticals. - Act as a partner to top global and regional advertisers, guiding them on leveraging TikTok for full-funnel marketing success. - Represent TikTok in key client conversations, industry forums, and executive-level briefings. - Strengthen long-term relationships with brands and agencies through innovative creator-led strategies. - Collaborate with Creator Partnerships, Legal, and Operations teams to streamline contracting, compliance, and payments at scale. - Influence product development by sharing advertiser feedback, campaign learnings, and industry trends with PM and Engineering teams. - Work closely with regional PSO and GTM teams to ensure operational rigor and alignment across markets. - Set performance standards, create growth opportunities, and foster a collaborative, high-impact culture.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - 5+ years of relevant experience in advertising, product marketing, or creator partnerships, with leadership experience. - Proven expertise in developing and scaling creator-led or digital marketing programs across multiple verticals. - Strong background in client enablement, GTM strategy, and cross-functional program management. - Comfortable presenting to C-level executives, industry leaders, and creative partners alike. - Exceptional communication skills across all channels and formats. - Analytical thinker with proven ability to leverage data for decision-making and storytelling. - Track record of driving strategic impact in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience running cross-vertical or global marketing enablement programs. - Direct experience building or scaling creator partnerships programs. - Hands-on familiarity with TikTok as a creator or community participant. - Experience leading teams across regions and time zones.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $159000 - $288000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
