Foot Locker is looking for an experienced, creative and forward-thinking Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. We need someone who can provide a high level of communication as a consultative partner to hiring managers and drive our full life cycle process. You will be responsible for actively engaging and attracting top talent for Foot Locker with an authentic and service-oriented focus. You will also need to demonstrate expertise in research to create active and passive candidate attraction strategies.

As our Corporate Recruiter, you will work closely with leadership to help further the goals of the division you support. This is an opportunity to bring your enthusiasm for Talent Acquisition to our dynamic team. You will have the autonomy to take charge of your day-to-day work with the support of dynamic leaders who believe in coaching, mentoring, and developing their team members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment journey for assigned positions - which includes sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, pre-closing candidates and helping them through to the acceptance of the offer.
  • Be the liaison between the internal stakeholders and candidates - listening to interpret the true needs of the business while driving an efficient recruitment process to make sound hiring decisions.
  • Create tailored sourcing strategies for each role and adjust them as the recruitment process progresses.
  • Build candidate pipelines from a variety of diverse channels while maintaining high assessment standards.
  • Manage the coordination of scheduling to create an enjoyable candidate experience to provide guidance, dependability and trust.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources colleagues to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Keep abreast of competitor intel, trends in the employment market as well as with new recruitment tools and technologies.
  • Optimize job postings and leverage our brand identity to create interest and to promote our culture.
  • Leverage Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS) and evaluate data to report on recruiting metrics.
  • Maintain data integrity and follow compliance guidelines.


Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of full life-cycle corporate recruitment experience preferably hiring for corporate roles in either (or combined) Marketing, Finance, Merchandising, HR, etc.
  • Agency experience is a plus but must have corporate experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to follow process, to collaborate, negotiate and influence at all levels.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, keeping all stakeholders up to date on the status of requisitions - Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and candidates.
  • Have an innovative and curious approach to solving problems; able to follow and to identify root cause and drive improvement.
  • Background researching and executing recruitment strategies across existing and new platforms (i.e.: LinkedIn, social media, blogs, diversity/other groups).
  • Experience using an ATS, working with metrics to see/meet goals. iCIMS experience a plus.
  • Knowledge of the labor market and competitive landscape including salary structures, being able to diagnose trends and measure recruiting/sourcing performance.
  • Able to prioritize, use time wisely, and adapt as an independent and self-motivated recruiter, with a high level of personal integrity and sound business judgment.
  • Knowledge of recruitment laws and regulations, and able to maintain safeguards of confidential company information.
  • A team player who contributes to a fun, successful and collaborative work environment.

Benefits

The annual base salary range is $75,000-$100,000 This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Salary is one component of the Foot Locker, Inc. total compensation package, which includes the below.
