Conversion Lead to manage the migration of historical financial and acquisition datasets from legacy software into a modern enterprise cloud environment. Your oversight helps ensure that dataset moves are accurate and complete. This transition allows agency personnel to continue daily administrative operations smoothly without losing institutional data.
Key Responsibilities:- Migration Strategy Execution: Design, develop, and execute the data conversion roadmap, managing high-volume data extractions, cleansing rules, and structural mapping.
- Data Quality Assurance: Champion the data cleansing framework, deploying automated iterative solutions to remediate data discrepancies and eliminate transaction duplication.
- Risk Mitigation: Lead complex mock conversion dry runs and final go-live cutovers, analyzing transaction-level timelines and systemic errors to guarantee a smooth day-one deployment.
Must-Have Skills (Required)- U.S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university
- 10+ years of professional experience in enterprise financial management systems, featuring at least 5 years leading data conversion teams.
- Deep functional knowledge of CGI Momentum data migration pathways, specifically utilizing PL/SQL, Momentum FormImport, and GSOffline processes.
- Demonstrated experience designing and maintaining automated data cleansing tools, field-level data mapping profiles, and transaction exception logic.
- 2+ years of experience managing technical data conversion pipelines utilizing Agile or SAFe methodologies.
Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred)- Knowledge of federal acquisition processes alongside core federal accounting workflows.
- Experience generating automated data quality scorecards and transactional variance reports.
