Our Company is seeking an experienced Controller to join our team in Statesville, NC. This person must possess a high level of integrity and honesty and be proficient in overseeing all aspects of accounting for a mid-size company.

Our Company is seeking an experienced Controller to join our team in Statesville, NC. This person must possess a high level of integrity and honesty and be proficient in overseeing all aspects of accounting for a mid-size company.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the approval process for all loans and lines of credit
- Oversee the flow of cash and financial investments
- Analyze information to assess current and future financial status
- Review costs for optimal budget planning
- Evaluate reporting systems and collection procedures
- Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Assist with payroll and review for accuracy
- Close out the month-end transactions
- Oversee all accounting employees
- Process bonuses and commission payouts monthly and quarterly
- Assume some of the CFO responsibilities
Requirements
- Previous experience in accounting- Required
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Confidential and highly-accurate
- Budgeting and expense driven
- Strong critical thinking skills
