Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend services experience, especially with control planes and web platforms.
• Proficiency in backend programming languages like Go, Java, or Python.
• Solid understanding of API design and distributed systems.
• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS cloud platforms; familiarity with billing and quota systems is advantageous.
• Ability to work with frontend frameworks like React or Vue for full-stack development.
• Knowledge of role-based access control (RBAC), authentication methods (OAuth/OIDC), and audit processes.
• Familiarity with multi-region deployment and distributed data consistency.

Responsibilities

• Design and construct control-plane services for tenant management and billing systems.
• Architect solutions for global versus regional control plane separation and cross-region data consistency.
• Develop self-service onboarding processes to automate delivery and enhance efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy and auditability in billing and metering systems.
• Build operational tools for system stability, including detection, isolation, and recovery measures.
• Collaborate on region-aware scheduling and resource placement with the Compute team.
