Contract Manager will support a transformative airport infrastructure project and will be part of a high-performing project team based in the west end of
Toronto. The
Contract Manager is responsible for overseeing contract administration, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate reporting on contract performance. This role involves managing all contractual communications, instructions, and variations, and working collaboratively with the Commercial Manager to support program delivery teams in understanding their contractual obligations.
Your role- Provides contract management expertise while working collaboratively within project team and with internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for contract administration including contractual communications, instructions, and variations.
- Responsible for assuring contract compliance across the program and ensuring that the program delivery teams understand their contractual obligations.
- Work collaboratively with the Commercial Manager to create and maintain accurate reporting on contract performance.
About you- Minimum 5 - 10 years of professional experience in pre and post contract functions in large, international airport projects or equivalent infrastructure programs.
- Recognized degree in project management, quantity surveying, or another related field.
- Working knowledge of Canadian contract laws. building construction, quantity surveying, contracts, procurement, and dispute resolution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable coordinating large groups of stakeholders including workshop facilitation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Additional informationExpected compensation for this role is between Pay Range $140,000 - $190,000 annually. Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
