Basic Qualifications (Required) • 3+ years of hands-on continuous-improvement, process-improvement, or manufacturing / operations experience. • 3+ years of experience in Aerospace and/or Manufacturing Support • Demonstrated hands-on application of improvement tools on a manufacturing or operations floor (not solely workshop facilitation). • Strong team-collaboration & interpersonal skills; comfortable leading cross-functional improvement events. • 2+ years of experience with Lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, standard work, VSM, etc.) and/or basic Six Sigma problem-solving. • Ability to collect / analyze data and create simple charts or dashboards to measure impact. • Hands-on, shop-floor presence with the ability to test and iterate solutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and change-management aptitude. Preferred Qualifications (Desired) • Six Sigma Green Belt, Lean Practitioner certification, or equivalent training. • Familiarity with Lean tools and workshops (Problem Solving methods, AIW, 3P, VSM). • Familiarity with basic project management and CI software (Kaizen databases, Minitab, Power BI).
