Lead the planning and execution of natural gas pipeline and facility construction projects, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery.

What You'll Do
Senior Construction Manager

As a Senior Construction Manager, you'll lead field execution activities for major construction projects and serve as a key liaison between contractors, project teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:
  • Lead day-to-day construction activities for pipeline and facility projects
  • Review and monitor contractor schedules, budgets, and execution plans
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and quality requirements
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, project management, and operations teams
  • Identify and resolve construction challenges to keep projects on track
  • Support project reporting, documentation, turnover, and closeout activities
  • Provide direction and oversight to inspectors and field personnel

Staff Construction Manager

As a Staff Construction Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership and oversight for complex, large-scale construction programs and influence construction execution across multiple projects.

Responsibilities include:
  • Develop construction strategies, execution plans, and delivery approaches
  • Lead front-end planning, estimating, and contracting strategies
  • Oversee project cost, schedule, quality, and construction performance
  • Evaluate and resolve complex construction risks, claims, and change orders
  • Lead contractor selection and manage key contractor relationships
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned across projects
  • Establish and enhance construction quality assurance and inspection programs
  • Mentor construction professionals and provide leadership across project teams

Required Qualifications
Senior Construction Manager
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 8+ years of construction management experience
  • 5+ years supporting large capital projects valued at $50M+
  • Certified Construction Manager (CCM) certification

Staff Construction Manager
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 12+ years of construction management experience
  • Significant experience supporting large-scale and mega-projects
  • 7+ years leading complex construction efforts with broad project responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications (Both Levels)
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience supporting natural gas pipeline, energy infrastructure, or process facility construction
  • Professional construction or project management certifications
