We are seeking Candidates with the following:

• Urban, luxury or lifestyle experience.
• Minimum 5 years of Full Service Hotel Experience, with strong skills in F&B.
• Ability to manage, drive and lead a team of department heads.
• Marriott experience preferred.
• Local market knowledge preferred.
• Proven track record of revenue and market share improvements/results.
• Excellent ability to network in a city through relationships and serving as face of hotel.
• Interest in joining a very progressive company.
• Proven experience leading teams to success.
• Out-of-the box thinking and creativity in providing memorable service to our guests.
• Superior profit driving skills and ability to manage a budget and control costs

As a Complex General Manager you will be instrumental in hiring, motivating, and rewarding a winning management team, and for supporting our company's mission statement and embracing our cornerstones. You will be the liaison with the hotel brand, our owners and with Concord in facilitating a successful business and operating as the "face" of these exciting brands.

Salary Range: 170,213 - $212,767
