Full Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field and 6 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Commercial Strategy & Operations-related occupation.
  • Alternatively, will accept a Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics or a related field, and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Commercial Strategy & Operations-related occupation.
  • Position requires 4 years of experience in the following: Business strategy development or management consulting; Strategic business analysis, including market analysis or evaluation of business models and KPIs; Root cause analysis of ambiguous business problems; Presenting data-driven recommendations to senior leadership or executive influencing; and Project management of multi-stakeholder initiatives, including risk mitigation.


Responsibilities
  • Define comprehensive business strategies by performing in-depth analysis of market trends and competitive landscapes to solve complex challenges and drive growth.
  • Synthesize actionable insights from sophisticated business modeling and data analysis to develop hypotheses and inform strategic recommendations for leadership.
  • Lead the successful implementation of large-scale change initiatives by creating actionable plans, defining project scope, and aligning cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Design and manage operational cadences, processes, and programs to establish strong business rigor and improve organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Deliver persuasive, data-driven presentations and strategic narratives to influence executive stakeholders and secure buy-in for recommended courses of action. Cultivate trusted partnerships with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to champion business objectives and ensure collaborative execution on critical programs.


The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,650 - $222,000 15% bonus target equity benefits determined by role, level, and location.
