Pay Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $100,700 - $136,000 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. What will you do? - Define and manage Microsoft 365 data protection and governance policies, including classification, data loss prevention, retention, and information lifecycle management
- Implement and maintain security and compliance controls across Microsoft 365 services to protect sensitive data and meet organizational and regulatory requirements
- Monitor the Microsoft 365 environment through protection, auditing, reporting, and incident response processes to prevent data loss, misuse, and user disruption
- Maintain a secure, stable, and efficient Microsoft 365 environment through effective governance, monitoring, recovery, and tenant administration
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enable secure collaboration, ensure data resilience, and strengthen data protection capabilities
- Continuously improve user experience and system performance by optimizing policies, minimizing disruption, and supporting secure and sustainable use of Microsoft 365
More about you - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in in formation m anagement, c omputer s cience, com puter s ystems e ngineering, or related field
- Minimum of 1 0 years of related experience
- DLP experience within the M365 environment with a high level of expertise with SharePoint
- Experience in change management, documentation, and process building
- M365 experience with the full scope of services, Copilot and Agent management, Exchange, Teams, Licensing , and Access management
