CO2 Production Technician

What you will enjoy doing*

  • You will safely operate a CO2 plant to ensure reliable, efficient, and consistent performance
  • You shall perform and facilitate maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment to sustain operational readiness
  • In this role you will monitor process performance, adjust operating parameters, and collect and interpret condition-monitoring data to maintain safety, reliability, quality, and efficiency
  • Additionally, perform and document preventive and predictive maintenance tasks using the computerized maintenance management system while maintaining compliance with management of change requirements
  • Take responsibility for engaging cross-functional groups to resolve equipment and process issues, overseeing contractors, executing lockout and tagout procedures, and recommending improvements to maintenance strategy and work processes
  • Furthermore, fill liquid bulk trailers, resolve fill zone issues, support maintenance scheduling and material procurement, and maintain housekeeping and organization in your work area
  • Must understand Principles of the permit to work and Lock Out tag Out as well as compliance with all Government and Linde Environmental Permits, Regulations and Policies.
  • Ensure customer quality requirements are met for all products: maintain quality program
  • Understand and conduct water test in cooling tower, make necessary adjustments to keep in control.

  • You shall be familiar with control and human-machine interface software such as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens
  • In addition you should hold a High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate Degree from a technical school preferred, and possess the ability to read and revise piping and instrumentation diagrams and schematic wiring diagrams
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills and the ability to convey technical information clearly while safely operating forklifts, cranes, aerial work platforms, and working at height
  • Additionally, maintain strong computer skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook and apply analytical skills to support troubleshooting and quality-related activities
  • You are recognized for upholding high safety standards, following all procedures, and supporting continuous improvement in plant reliability and performance
  • You are able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including confined space entry, climbing, lifting up to fifty pounds, and working at heights
  • You will be available to work extended hours when business needs arise
  • Furthermore, you demonstrate the flexibility to support weekend, holiday, and call-in coverage
  • You ensure a reliable and safety-focused presence during critical operational periods
  • Need some experience with process & instrumentation
  • Conduct daily plant rounds
  • Any other duties assigned by management
