JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Program Lead to lead large-scale enterprise cloud transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in cloud technologies, proven program leadership experience, and the ability to drive strategic cloud adoption across multiple teams, business units, and stakeholders. This role requires a balance of technical depth, program management excellence, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership to ensure successful execution of cloud modernization programs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end cloud transformation programs across the organization.
Define cloud strategy, roadmap, governance frameworks, and adoption plans aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate multiple workstreams, projects, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.
Collaborate with business leaders, architects, engineering teams, security teams, and vendors to drive cloud initiatives.
Oversee cloud migration, modernization, application transformation, and infrastructure projects.
Drive program planning, execution, milestone tracking, resource management, and budget governance.
Identify, manage, and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and technical challenges.
Ensure adherence to cloud architecture standards, security policies, compliance requirements, and best practices.
Establish program governance structures and provide regular updates to executive leadership.
Monitor program KPIs, delivery metrics, and business outcomes to ensure value realization.
Mentor technical teams and promote cloud-native principles, automation, and DevOps practices.
Facilitate decision-making and resolve complex technical and operational issues across stakeholder groups.

Required Qualifications

12+ years of IT experience with at least 5+ years leading large-scale cloud programs.
Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience leading enterprise cloud migration, modernization, and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong knowledge of cloud architecture, networking, security, identity management, and infrastructure services.
Proven experience managing multiple projects, teams, vendors, and stakeholders simultaneously.
Expertise in Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
Strong program governance, risk management, budgeting, and resource planning experience.
Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to present technical and business updates to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
Cloud certifications such as: AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Professional Cloud Architect.
PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or Agile certifications.
Experience in cloud security, DevOps transformation, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience working within highly regulated industries such as Healthcare, Insurance, Financial Services, or Life Sciences.
