Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Experience in negotiating early funding and managing capacity across multiple, global suppliers.
  • Experience in data center, construction, hyperscale cloud infrastructure, or large-scale capital equipment supply chains.
  • Highly skilled at working and excelling in a highly ambiguous/unstructured environment, employing critical thinking and sound judgment.


About the job

Google is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Technical Program Manager to lead all aspects of supply chain readiness and execution for critical Data Center Equipment. This role focuses on large-scale product types, including construction/building modules and high-value equipment that form the backbone of the Google Data Center fleet.

As a leader, you will be the primary liaison between Google and its suppliers, driving end-to-end (E2E) material, inventory, and production readiness from product inception through mass deployment. You will leverage your domain expertise in supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement to implement processes and systems that ensure the efficient, timely, and high-quality delivery of innovative products to our global data centers. This role requires a leader with the ability to create, educate, and promote Supply Chain principles and best practices with both internal partner organizations and external suppliers, ultimately enabling Google to meet its ambitious data center build-out goals.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $138000 - $198000 (USD) 15% bonus target equity benefits

  • Lead initiatives to oversee and reduce lead times and increase capacity across the global supply chain.
  • Serve as the primary supply chain liaison with suppliers, managing production schedules and commitments against project delivery requirements.
  • Develop supply chain map for each product, detailing suppliers, procurement models, lead times, logistics, assembly/test/fulfillment, and spares strategies.
  • Work closely with engineering, planning, and category managers to deliver equipment and drive initiatives and process improvements to grow the team's scale and capability.
