We are seeking multiple Client Partners across Canada to own and grow a set of assigned mid-market enterprise accounts.
In this role, you will partner closely with Microsoft field teams and client stakeholders to accelerate AI-led transformation journeys, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Copilot adoption and value realization.
You will serve as the primary commercial and strategic owner for your accounts, helping clients evolve into AI-enabled frontier firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of assigned mid-market enterprise accounts
- Build deep, trusted relationships with CXOs, CIOs, and business leaders
- Partner with Microsoft account teams to co-sell and co-deliver transformation initiatives
- Drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered workflows across client organizations
- Shape opportunities across Azure, Data & AI, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform
- Lead account strategy, pipeline development, forecasting, and revenue growth
- Translate business challenges into scalable AI and cloud solutions
- Collaborate with delivery and architecture teams to ensure successful execution and measurable outcomes
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal Client Partner is a modern enterprise builder at the intersection of sales, consulting, and AI transformation.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise or mid-market technology sales, consulting, or client leadership
- Works closely with the Microsoft ecosystem, especially Azure and Microsoft 365 environments
- Understands how Copilot reshapes productivity, workflows, and business processes
- Operates confidently with CXO-level stakeholders and can simplify complex technology into business value
- Strong track record of hunting, growing, and expanding strategic accounts
- Thinks in terms of outcomes, adoption, and transformation-not just deals
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment with significant ownership.
We are looking for someone who can sit equally comfortably in a boardroom conversation about business strategy and in a technical discussion about AI enablement.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in sales, consulting, or client-facing leadership
- Strong expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem, including Copilot, Azure, M365, Dynamics, and Power Platform
- Proven ability to manage and grow complex accounts
- Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence skills
- Experience working with Microsoft, systems integrators, or consulting firms
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth
- Passion for AI-driven transformation and modern enterprise reinvention
