Account Executive- Banking & Financial Services

Wipro's Banking & Financial Services Sector has an exciting opportunity for an AccountExecutive (Client Partner) . You will be responsible for directing the organic growth strategy across a strategic account portfolio, including vision setting, annual account planning, identification of key growth opportunities, proactive client value creation and overall financial health of accounts within your portfolio. The Client Partner will be responsible for driving profitable growth from the account by developing strategic client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction through world-class delivery. The goal is to make the client successful and committed to Wipro's long term through a trusted advisor relationship.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for managing senior relationships across business line(s) within this large account, with a keen eye on account growth and profitability.
  • Establish and build trust while capturing client context by appreciation of client's overall business goals, while continuing to build lasting client relationships.
  • Ownership of the account plan process and budget preparation in synchronization with sales executives and industry leaders.
  • Achieving contract renewals and new business development efforts towards further growth.
  • Delivery management: Monitor execution of delivery in the client account and ensure defined quality and process standards.
  • Drive innovation: Host and Participate in events with alliance partners and industry forums and present Wipro's proof of concepts and value proposition.

Qualifications:
  • Ideally, at least 12+ years of pitching, presenting, and selling IT Portfolio Services to C-Level clients in the Banking & Financial Services industry.
  • Progressive background as a Client Partner with direct Profit & Loss ownership to account(s), managing to targets on sales growth (Margins, Bookings, Revenues)
  • Broad expericences selling various SI portfolio across client service lines, such as Cloud, Data, Analytics, Infrastructure, AMS, AI, Cyber-Security, others.
  • Has most often exceeded targets on revenue, bookings, and operating margins.
  • Robust knowledge of global delivery model and methodologies to partner with offshore teams.
  • Excellent communications, with experience collaborating with other internal teams within various solution lines to anchor the account.
  • Must be based in Toronto area (no exceptions)

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $200,000.00 to $280,000.00.
