Job Description- Experience with Linux and Windows server environments
- Should have knowledge about OS Compliance tools and its setup.
- Strong knowledge of automation and orchestration frameworks, particularly Ansible.
- Knowledge in database technologies and virtualization concepts.
- Proficiency in ITSM processes, Incident Management, Event Management and Change Management.
- Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, including incident management workflows.
- Analyse incident trends, patterns, and root causes across monitoring sources.
- Identify and prioritize the highest-impact incident reduction opportunities.
- Evaluate monitoring source configurations across all technology domains to identify sources contributing to low-value or redundant incidents
- Analyse change data across the enterprise to identify opportunities for adoption of Standard Change.
- Conduct extensive data analysis on the drivers of incident volume across observability tools and all technology domains.
- Knowledge of modern event management platforms such as Netcool and BigPanda
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., using Tableau)
- Provides leadership-level insights into service performance.
- Drives continual service improvement (CSI) initiatives.
Mandatory Skills: Linux Admin.
Experience: 5-8 Years.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
